Every presentation leads to something new, the same can be said for this presentation at the Public Library “Olympisch Kwartier” at Amsterdam. To represent an old project “MakeUp OudZuid” a poster has been drawn and made, including the graphics of the presented crockery and the Paper-Fold Make Up table.

This exhibition stays there from the 4th of January untill 31th of March.

Under the name of Kladblok ( a collective that I take part in) this is the making off the five stars Crockery …..

Nowadays, virtually anything is of collectible interest to someone, and in the past decade or so, collecting in general has exploded, from cars, books, art, coins, insect, antique knives to complete airplanes or just aviation parts. These collectables are the ingredients for the five stars Crockery that I wish to make. A series of Show Pieces that each on its own form the ceramic representation of these collections with their own specific properties. An absolute tribute to the excesses, celebrated by the refinement in ceramic, the ornament, and the sculpture as dessert. Dinner is served!
